You should have more userbars for VIP people too (along with non-VIPs) so people can see what they've achieved on the forums, too.

Agreed.. good idea. VIP people and non-vip, whats the difference? Equal rights = we all deserve userbars

That was the plan, although they wont get user bars, they still can have a pretty good reputation according to the new rep system.

They've already been added actually, just forgot to announce that they had been added!
